Each home inspection that we conduct will usually take on the average about two hours, and a complete report of the findings will be created and emailed out to our clients within 24 hours. Clients are encouraged to attend and ask questions during the inspection, and we take the time to educate the client on the proper operation and maintenance of the home as well as honestly assessing the home condition. The report comes with color photos of any areas that could cause concern, and a convenient binder for document storage.
